Telesystem, a nationwide provider of managed solutions, announced today the creation of two positions in the back office designed to give greater focus and attention on service delivery.  Lori Graber has been promoted to Director, Service Delivery – Order and Billing Management, and Todd Crooks has been promoted to Senior Manager, Field and Network Operations Engineering.

Graber, a Board member for the Alliance of Channel Women (ACW), joined Telesystem in 2019 as the Manager of Sales Operations, and prior to that served as the Director of Sales Operations at NetCarrier.  Lori has also served on the Event Planning Committee, the Membership Committee, and is currently the Finance Chair at ACW.  In her new role at Telesystem, Lori will have responsibility over the implementation, MACD (customer moves, adds, changes, and disconnects), billing, and carrier management teams.

“I had the opportunity to work with Lori for several years prior to her joining the Telesystem team, and she is among the best and brightest in the industry,” said Telesystem Chief Revenue Officer, Bruce Wirt.  “She is virtually unmatched in aligning with an organization’s culture and strategy, and then building out metrics and developing team members to be totally focused on key indicators.  This is a great opportunity for her and the right candidate for us in a pivotal point in Telesystem’s growth and expansion.”

Crooks is a 22-year veteran of the Telesystem team, starting as a Commercial Installation Technician and working his way through the ranks of the organization.  In his new role, Todd will have responsibility over equipment procurement, data operations engineering, installation technicians, and the voice operations team.  In his long tenured career, he has been recognized many times for his spirit of teamwork and leadership.

“Telesystem has always been committed to delivering best in class managed experience to our customers; these additions to the service delivery team further demonstrate that commitment,” said Telesystem Chief Operations Officer, Denton Parson. “Lori brings incredible depth of expertise across our operation, industry and channel partners, she is a rising star.  Todd is a standard bearer of our culture at Telesystem. He brings foundational knowledge of our delivery process, total commitment to serving our customers and a track record of achievement at Telesystem”.
