Northwood, OH – April 4, 2023

Telesystem, a leading provider of nationwide managed technology solutions, has announced the promotion of Davisha McIntyre to Manager of Sales Operations.

McIntyre joined the Telesystem team in 2020 as a Sales Support Analyst and was promoted to Supervisor of Sales Support in 2021. Throughout her tenure, she consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving and optimizing Telesystem’s systems and processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. McIntyres promotion into this key position comes following two years of demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deeply understand the systems that are utilized for proposal generation, CRM, reporting, and most importantly her ability to operate with the integrity and accountability expected of a Telesystem leader.

"Davisha is a pivotal member of the Telesystem team,” said Robert Martin, Director, Business Development. “Davisha has a strong commitment to both the development of her team, as well as ensuring they have everything, they need to produce high quality work. She is also extremely attentive to the external feedback we receive from the partner community and works extremely hard to ensure we meet their expectations. Her commitment drives trust from our partners and enhances the experience they expect working with Telesystem. I'm excited for this next step in Davisha's career. "

In her new role, McIntyre will be responsible for further development of the process improvement related to the quoting experience for partners and our Regional Channel Managers. She will be a key part of establishing and expanding Telesystem’s carrier partnerships across the country as Telesystem grows NNI partnerships and brings on new wholesale suppliers.  She will also be responsible to align with leaders in sales, product development, service delivery, and marketing to ensure that all functions and systems are strategically aligned.

“Being part of a company that not only offers opportunities for growth, but truly gives you that extra push and support to get you there is why I love Telesytem,” said McIntyre. “Telesystem's dedication and investment in its employees makes our culture second to none. I've always felt that it's important to truly believe in the core values of the company you work for, and I am honored to take on this promotion. I look forward to helping strengthen Telesystem's mission to deliver services our customers and partners can trust!"

“Davisha is a dedicated professional that is always willing to go the extra mile to generate results in our key categories,” added Telesystem’s Chief Revenue Officer Bruce Wirt.  She understands the metrics that drive us, and she works hard to ensure that the effort she puts forth leads to positive results.  I am thrilled to see her continued growth; she is just scratching the surface of her potential!”

Telesystem’s core go-to-market strategy revolves around developing technology solutions for SME organizations that value a trusted layer of expertise, and a managed experience that allows them to focus on their own business rather than vendor management.  It boasts a nationwide low-latency network to offer voice, networking, managed security, and cybersecurity coast to coast.  Strategically, new retail business opportunities are mostly driven through the technology brokerage channel.  Telesystem has umbrella agreements with major Technology firms like Scansource, Telarus, TBI, and Appsmart, among others.
